By accessing or using the GGScore website and API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GGScore provides a REST API that delivers Counter-Strike 2 match data, including countries, played matches, and upcoming fixtures. Access is tiered (Free, Premium, Black) with different rate limits and features.
3. Account and API Keys
You must create an account to obtain API keys. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your credentials and API keys confidential
- All activity under your account
- Ensuring your use complies with these Terms
Do not share API keys publicly or expose them in client-side code. We may revoke keys if we detect abuse or violation of these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Exceed the rate limits of your subscription tier
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense API data without permission
- Use the Service for illegal purposes or to infringe others' rights
- Attempt to circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls
- Scrape, crawl, or overload our systems beyond normal API use
- Use the Service in a way that could harm, disable, or impair it
5. Data and Intellectual Property
The API returns match data that we aggregate and normalize. You may use this data for your applications in accordance with your subscription. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party source data. Our trademarks, logos, and brand are our property; do not use them without permission.
6. Subscription and Payment
Paid plans require valid payment. Fees are billed according to the pricing in effect at the time of signup. We may change pricing with advance notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Refund policy is as stated at the time of purchase.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, suspend access for violations, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GGScore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and API access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
