Refund policy
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following refund terms. These rules are binding and non-negotiable.
- • Time limit: Refunds are considered only if requested within 24 hours of payment.
- • Usage limit: Refunds are granted only if you have made a minimal number of API requests. Substantial usage (many requests) constitutes acceptance of the subscription — you are then considered subscribed and no refund will be issued.
- • No refund after substantial use: Once you have consumed a significant volume of API requests, the subscription is final. No exceptions.
To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours and provide your payment reference. Refund eligibility is determined at our sole discretion based on the criteria above.
